Putting your Princess Costume Together:
Step 1: The first thing you need to do is find a princess dress. An old prom gown or bridesmaid dress in pale pink is perfect. Look at second hand stores if you don’t have one tucked away in your closet. You also need a pair of high heels or fancy shoes that match.
Step 2: Princes aren’t afraid to rock the bling, so take the loose gems and beads and adorn your princess shoes and dress with them. Jewel accents are a garment staple for most princesses.
Step 3: Use you poster board to form a cone shaped hat. Paint the cone shaped hat and adorn it with loose gems and beads. Take the lace fabric scrapes and let them drape from the point of the cone shaped hat.
Step 4: Finish off your princess costume with a fancy cape that matches your gown. Capes are easy to find at costume shops. Don’t forget to deck yourself out with as much costume jewelry as you can find.
